sale Fri & Sat 9 am to 3 pm both days-shop early don't miss out!

There is plenty of street parking here on M Ave. There is an alley behind the house, please do not block the alley, Trash pickup is Friday morning as well so watch out for the trucks in the alley! Entrance to the sale will be through the garage. Open at 9 am

Great three bedroom house with full basement, garage & Tiki Bar! Several tables of Christmas, so much, we had to split it up and put some upstairs and some downstairs; Foods, toiletries and cleaning supplies are abundant.

Great house, lots of small kitchen appliances and many are new in the box. There is a huge collection of Pfaltzgraf Yorktowne (blue & white) Dinnerware. Oodles of pots pans and Bakeware.

A kazillion puzzles, half a kazillion have never been opened. We have desks, computer stations, twin bed, queen bed, towels & Linens (many new sheets) lots of dressers, small tables, a wonderful Huge Trestle Dining room table and chairs. several Book cases & great books.

There are at least 150 cookbooks!

In the garage there are tools, a new shop vac, garden supplies and tools as well as many power tools.

Lake Goodwin Estate Sale March 18 & 19

Back on the road.....Another Estate Sale this weekend is on the west shore of Lake Goodwin. 15521 Sturtevant Rd NW, Stanwood WA 98292
This is a small furnished lakefront home with detached garage stuffed full of tools. Washer Dryer & upright Freezer.
Woodworking tools primarily but not limited to. Fishing stuff as well, of course we are on the lake!
There is a riding lawnmower and a chipper. So come on to "The Lake" Enjoy the scenery and grab up some deals.

Fabulous ACA Estate Sale ~ Camano Island

We had an excellent showing of buyers and a good deal was had by all!

Glorious Day!

What a glorious day, it is so calm and peaceful outside after the last few blustery days we welcome the change. We are headed out to Camano Island today to set up for next weekend's (Mar 11 & 12) estate sale. Visit the website to view the images so far, more to come tonight!

Crazy Busy

It is absolutely insane at the shop right now.  We are getting fresh inventory every day. Creating the most fabulous vignettes and colorful displays in the hope that spring will come before the wind takes the roof off of our 8,500 square foot building. 
Just when we think we cannot fit another dresser, armoire, sideboard or cabinet in, we get another estate and just "make it happen".
